I am afraid it will confirm my worst thoughts about myself. But I already think them, so that’s a bit silly. And maybe that it will take away my excuses for not getting more done.

exactly! It is already there lurking in your mind. When you have it in black and white on paper it might surprise you. I often deny myself credit for all the small caretaking tasks that I do. I overestimate what I can get done and underestimate the time each thing takes (especially when my kids are involved). 💙
