Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video!
In my Substack Live event I chatted about procrastination, creativity, writing and a few recent reads (including a book I was disappointed by).

try new hobbies
read excellent books (fiction, non-fiction, different genres)
spend time in nature
have great conversations with compelling people - stories and ideas help us feel alive
listen to music, draw, journal, go to an art gallery… 😃
