I had the joy of chatting with Leah Boden on Substack Live today about burnout, what it really looks like, and how we can begin to recover. We shared stories from our own experiences and talked about the warning signs we often miss. And of because both Leah and I are practical people we offered simple ideas for slowing down and reconnecting with what matters most.
It was an honest, encouraging conversation I’m grateful for.
Leah has been so helpful to me personally as I have learned to slow down, enjoy my time in motherhood, and read deeply. Her honesty and compassion in her online presence is genuine. By her example, she has shown me how to be myself in this digital world and in my writing life.
If you are a homeschooling mom or a woman who enjoys thinking deeply, reading, and talking about education The Collective is a place you should be. It is the kindest online community I have found. It’s full of women in a variety of life stages and all over the world. [ not sponsored just compelled to share ]
