Seeing my book cover finally complete is both exhilarating and surreal. It’s the moment when everything starts to feel real—this project, which once lived only in my mind, now has a face.

There’s excitement in knowing it’s almost ready to be shared, but also a bit of nervousness—will it resonate the way I hope?

At the same time, there’s a deep sense of relief.

After years of writing, revising, and making endless decisions, I’m finally near the finish line. It’s a mix of emotions, but mostly, I just can’t wait for you to hold it in your hands.

This whole book has been a team effort, especially these last few steps of finishing the publishing work. Mary (my oldest) is majoring in Graphic Design and she was amazing at designing my cover.

We had fun getting everything just right.

My Current Next Steps:

• wait for final formatted proof copy to arrive via snail mail

• pick an offical launch date (hopefully early March)

• plan actual launch event either in person or via Zoom??

• revive my podcast by sharing pieces from my book

• create videos about my book (plus edit and share them)

{ I’m fine, these are not intimidating at all… totally fine… FINE…!! 🙄😜}
